Kevin H. Blair founded HVAC Consultants, Inc. in April of 1994. Based on his experience in the field, Kevin recognized that construction projects would operate much more efficiently with the addition of a team of engineers who would not only design the HVAC systems but would manage the construction phase of the project. The engineer would stay involved with and provide an additional layer of oversight to the project, thus, allowing owners and general contractors the confidence that the HVAC systems would be installed correctly, according to budget and without unnecessary delays. Our engineers ensure that high quality, cost effective HVAC systems are incorporated in their design, that installation is performed correctly and that any complexities with the project or among the trades are resolved quickly and efficiently. It is with these ideals that HVAC Consultants was founded and to which it stands for today.

HVAC Consultants offers a competitive advantage to its clients by providing practical advice in the development of HVAC systems, both in design and implementation. We offer value engineering ideas which produce the best economic alternatives without sacrificing quality or control. Clients of HVAC Consultants, such as Graybar Electric Co. Inc., Target Corporation and DaimlerChrysler Corporation, have come to rely on these skills and have requested our services throughout the United States. Consequently, we have experience working with and obtaining licenses in various states and municipalities throughout the country.

Our offices are headquartered at 1900 South Highland Avenue in Lombard, Illinois. Currently, our team consists of two degreed senior mechanical engineers, one degreed junior mechanical engineer who also specializes in CAD, two designated project managers and support staff. We have a total of nine team members to service our clients.
